Harte Project Management was founded in 2006 to provide clients with a more in-depth experience level in the execution of projects.  With experience in both fields of general contracting and real estate development, HPM is able to provide value added expertise in the development and execution of a project plan.  From lease negations with detailed input on the work letter agreement, through the collaborative process of establishing clients’ vision for their workplace, through design, construction, and move management, HPM’s success is attributed to their ability to assist clients in defining their vision for their space in order to create a working environment that helps maintain employee satisfaction, productivity, retention and recruiting.  By proactively managing the strategic planning, design, construction, furniture, and relocation components of the project, HPM becomes an integral part of the client team to execute the project plan and make that vision a reality.
