Brett Harte
Principal
Brett Harte has managed and developed projects in the Atlanta area for over 20 years. Prior to starting Harte Project Management, Brett led a team of 55 project managers with CB Richard Ellis as the Atlanta Director for Project Management and has successfully managed diverse construction projects from interiors to build-to-suits. Brett's responsibilities include managing all aspects of facility projects for corporate users including programming, planning, and design though construction. He has successfully managed over $500 million of development and construction projects with an extensive knowledge of the Atlanta design, construction, and vendor market.
Professional Experience
Brett's value to clients is in his project management, development management, and general contracting skills. Prior to CBRE, Brett gained experience working within the general contracting and development business. He has provided leadership for new account playbooks and initiatives.
Keith Everett
Project Manager
Keith joined Harte Project Management in March 2024 from Bridge Commercial Real Estate where he served as Director, Construction Management. During his tenure with Bridge, Keith managed a team of Construction and Design Managers who oversaw all building and tenant improvement work in over 14 million square feet of assets across the United States.
Prior to Bridge, Keith was a Construction Manager and General Property Manager for Hines. In these roles, he managed the development of 8000 Avalon, a 225,000 square foot, $45 million office building and parking garage located in Alpharetta, Georgia, as well as managing over 1.9 million square feet of office space in Charlotte and Raleigh, North Carolina.
Keith earned his Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from North Carolina State University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia.
Sam Harte
Project Manager
Sam Harte has managed and developed projects in the Atlanta area for the last 7 years. Prior to joining Harte Project Management, Sam worked as a Project Manager/Finance Analyst at CB Richard Ellis and has successfully managing diverse construction projects from interiors to large scale programs. Sam’s responsibilities include managing all aspects of facility projects for corporate users including programming, planning, and design through construction
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Sam’s value to clients is in project management, development management, and financial analysis. He has provided leadership for new account playbooks and initiatives. Sam graduated from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business with a BBA in Finance and began his career at CB Richard Ellis. After gaining valuable project management training and experience, he transitioned to with Harte Project Management as a Project Manager/Financial Analyst.
Luke Harte
Project Manager
Luke Harte has assisted managing and developing projects in the Atlanta area for the last 4 years. Luke works as an Project Manager and Marketing Associate. Luke’s responsibilities include managing proposals, budgets, schedules, and business development.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Luke’s value to clients is in his attention to detail in analyzing proposals, balancing budgets, and maintaining schedules to ensure the project is completed as financially and time efficient as possible. Luke graduated from Florida State University BBA in Marketing and continued his career with Harte Project Management. Before working for Harte Project Management, Luke worked with Wildmor Realty and uses that commercial real estate experience to review work letters.
